The Simple 7

The key to going from where you are to where you want to go is habit change.  We all know how hard that can be.   I have found that when we can focus on these seven , simple, daily practices that can fit into the busiest of schedules, habit change comes more easily.  The last thing we all need is more to make us feel overwhelmed and exhausted.  Fitting these practices into your day is as painless as you can get and still have positive lifestyle change.
