30 days of One-on-One Coaching

This package provides an introduction to habit-based coaching for those who want to learn what it’s all about. This is NOT a weight loss program, but rather an opportunity to learn and practice some of the basic tools that will help you reach your weight and health goals.

This coaching is conducted via text, email and video calls. It includes:

  • 60-Minute Initial Consultation and Goal-Setting session
  • Weekly Practices
  • Healthy Recipes and Meal Planning Guides, worksheets and other resources
  • Weekly 30 minute check-in via phone or video call
  • Unlimited text and email support

At the end of this introductory program, when you decide to continue with either one of the longer coaching packages, you will receive a discount on a long-term package.
