The road to a healthier, happier you can be found in your daily practices. As your coach, I will guide you through small, simple steps that will lead to lifelong lasting change, if, and when, you apply them consistently over time. They are easily incorporated into the most chaotic day until they become automatic.

I am here to be your guide and help you course correct and make adjustments when needed.

These are not weight loss programs.
These are not quick fixes.
There are no meal plans to follow and foods to eliminate.
There is no magic potion or pill.

You are uniquely you, and your program will be like no other. SHIFT: These group programs are offered seasonally and could be just what you need to Shift your mindset and your body into a new space and place. Programs are 30 days in length and run Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.

TRANSFORMATION: This program is for you if you are ready to commit to yourself and become the best version of you. We will set a game plan together on your personal objectives and together, we will change your mind, your body and your life. This is a six month commitment to a healthier , happier you.

What is included:

BREAKTHROUGH: This program is for you if you are frustrated by your results. If you have been working towards a healthier version of you and hit some obstacles along the way, and don’t know the way out. This program is a three month commitment to a healthier, happier you. Included is everything you see in TRANSFORMATION, but for a three month time, that can always be upgraded along the way if needed.

Concierge Coaching- Level Up: If you are already in a daily routine of workouts, good nutrition and proper self care, and feel like you want to take your health and fitness to the next level, this program is for you. After our initial strategy call, we will work out a customized plan including workouts, health,lifestyle and nutrition coaching to match your goals. All features of this plan will be customized for in person, online or a hybrid of both.

Your total investment and time of this program will be delivered to you after our strategy call where we discuss your goals and objectives.
